After earning her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Business Management, Aleka decided to pursue a career in real estate. Jason is a versatile entrepreneur with a diverse background in the real estate and HVAC industries. Born in Orange County, CA, he initially made a name for himself as an HVAC contractor, building and later selling his own successful HVAC company. He then transitioned to real estate, where he gained experience as both a property manager and a real estate agent.

Today, Jason is a seasoned real estate investor with extensive expertise in short and midterm rentals. He has a keen eye for spotting potential investment opportunities and a proven track record of maximizing returns on investment.

Outside of work, Jason loves guitars, travel, and DIY renovations. He also enjoys spending as much time in the sun as possible with his two dogs, Abby and Duster. Jason currently resides in Greensboro, NC.

Shannon is a highly motivated and experienced manager. Recently relocated to the Winston Salem from Sarasota Florida. She started her own preschool company at the age of 22 and expanded it twice before selling it to relocate to North Carolina. She has owned a real estate investment company and managed both residential and commercial real estate. Working with investors and doing her own home renovations with the help of her husband gives her an edge in this field.

Aside from work Shannon spends her time homeschooling her two children and enjoys filling their family farm with countless chickens, horses and dogs!

I've been residing in North Carolina for the past 24 years. Originally hailing from Mexico, I immigrated to the United States and settled in Winston Salem when I was merely 7 years old. Family holds a special place in my heart, and I thoroughly enjoy spending quality time with them and my adorable one-year-old daughter. As far as our four-legged friends go, I am a proud owner of three dogs: a Maltese, a chihuahua, and a shepherd-husky mix.

Born and raised in North Carolina. She was born in Nash County and relocated to Yadkinville when she was in the 2nd grade. She has lived in several different areas of the Triad after she graduated from Forbush High School in 2013. She settled back down in Yadkinville in 2021 and it's been home ever since.
